You initially inquire online or by calling (913) 600-2811 . A representative will provde free counseling regarding options for paying all or part of your mortgage arears. They will give more details on qualificiations for our program and quote payments and terms. After approval, you convey a partial interest in your property when we pay the money neded to bring your mortgage current. The foreclosure proceedings will be terminted. You will make payments that are usually 10% higher than your mortgage payment. You recover the interest conveyed to us by paying 12% more than the money we paid to reinstate the mortgage. Characteristically, this is done by refinancing , installment payments. or by selling the house, at your option.
You will receive conditional terms for reinstating your mortgage. If satisfied with the terms, then you, the homeowner submit an application. Upon approval, we provide a contract for your approval. Subject to the contract we will pay the reinstatement fees to the bank. You will make the monthly payment to Foreclosure Consultants. The mortgage payments will be timely made even if you do not pay us on time. After two or more years, when you have reestablished a good payment history, you will buy back our interest you sold us for a 15% markup.
At the conclusion of the free consultation, if you choose to proceed, there will be a $500 non-refundable application fee. If after considering our offer, you accept, then we will require $500 for a processing fee. The processing fee and $690 for the appraisal fee and title search may be financed. So $500 is the only upfront cost required.
