Malcolm Knarr, the founder, has been a real estate investor for 45 years. He has completed hundreds of foreclosure sales and redemptions, mostly in the Greater Kansas City area. His desire is to no longer acquire more housing, but to help as many people as he can to stay in their homes and reclaim shelter stability.
